I just want to say thank you to Ready to Pass for everything that they have done for me Mrs. Gordon & Ms. Savain are the best. If you stick to their plan make a schedule and eliminate any distractions from your life and focus, you will most definitely pass. I had taken my test four times. When I initially began my journey of December 2020, the first time I took my boards I pretty much winged it and honestly, I was burned out from nursing school. I was not really focused or driven to study. When I first took my exam, my computer cut off at 145 but I didn’t pass. By February of 21, I began to refocus and try to adjust my schedule. A co-worker of mine referred me to Ready To Pass and at the time I was working four jobs. Wow! Four jobs, which definitely was a challenge, but I tried my best to focus and study. By the time I came across Ready To Pass, I had a date for my exam and was determined to pass it and did not want to change my date despite the fact of what Ready To Pass recommended. By the second time my computer cut off at 75 and I thought wow it was so easy, I must have passed. However, unfortunately I did not pass. It was back to books from there and I really needed to make a strategic plan to pass. I decided to take leave my house in Long Island and begin my studying career in DC away from distractions. I took a leave from one of my jobs and resigned from another job.
I would dedicate all my time to studying even did one to one session with Ms. Savain. I had my doubts the third time but I decided to take it and the computer cut off at 145. I thought this time I had to pass. There is no way I didn’t because I went to the end. However, I didn’t pass although I felt defeated. I didn’t get give up. I literally started to follow Ready To Pass to the science. I would walk in the morning before everyone else woke up and study and do questions. I know Ms. Savain is always like “content, content” but I believe that with content you need to follow up with questions. I did my content and questions really focused all of my time on studying day in and day out. I also had a study partner and we would discuss topics and wouldn’t move on until we knew them. I would study all the time and would literally schedule everything else around studying. This was the best decision I could have made and by July I felt ready. Ten days before my exam I tested positive for Covid and was in Covid hotel in Queens, NY and that was my last chance to hit the ground running. I studied as much as I could even though I didn’t feel well because I was already prepared and had it scheduled into my day. I sat for my final time July 27th, 2021 in New Hyde Park. I have to say thank you so much to Ready To Pass for all of the planning and dedication. I would say to anyone who is planning on taking the NCLEX or having a hard time passing, stay focused and dedicated. I owe to you ladies for this and I would definitely recommend everyone to ready to pass.
